1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Gavio ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Gavio is an AI-powered advertising intelligence platform that connects to your Google Ads account to provide automated reports, performance insights, and optimization recommendations.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

The Service offers free and paid plans (Pro and Agency).
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe.
Prices are listed in EUR and NOK. The currency is determined by your language setting at checkout.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We do not offer refunds for partial months of service.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Google Ads Data

By connecting your Google Ads account, you grant us permission to access your advertising data via the Google Ads API.
We use this data solely to provide the Service (reports, insights, recommendations).
You can disconnect your Google Ads account at any time.
We comply with Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

6. AI-Generated Content

Reports and insights are generated using AI (Anthropic Claude) based on your campaign data.
AI-generated recommendations are advisory only. You are responsible for any actions taken based on these insights.
We do not guarantee specific advertising results or performance improvements.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service without permission
Reverse engineer or scrape the Service
Interfere with or disrupt the Service's operation

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, logos, and content (excluding your data), is owned by Gavio. You retain ownership of your data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data as needed to provide the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gavio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits or advertising spend.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Oslo, Norway.

Ved å bruke Gavio («tjenesten») godtar du å være bundet av disse vilkårene. Hvis du ikke godtar, skal du ikke bruke tjenesten.

2. Beskrivelse av tjenesten

Gavio er en AI-drevet plattform for annonseintelligens som kobler seg til Google Ads-kontoen din for å levere automatiserte rapporter, ytelsesinnsikter og optimaliseringsanbefalinger.

3. Kontoregistrering

Du må oppgi nøyaktig og fullstendig informasjon ved oppretting av konto.
Du er ansvarlig for å holde kontoopplysningene dine konfidensielle.
Du må være minst 16 år for å bruke tjenesten.
Én person eller enhet kan ikke ha mer enn én gratis konto.

4. Abonnementer og betaling

Tjenesten tilbyr gratis og betalte planer (Pro og Byrå).
Betalte abonnementer faktureres månedlig via Stripe.
Prisene vises i EUR og NOK. Valutaen bestemmes av språkinnstillingen ved utsjekking.
Du kan kansellere abonnementet når som helst fra dashboardet. Kansellering trer i kraft ved slutten av gjeldende faktureringsperiode.
Vi tilbyr ikke refusjon for deler av en måned.
Vi forbeholder oss retten til å endre priser med 30 dagers varsel.

5. Google Ads-data

Ved å koble til Google Ads-kontoen din gir du oss tillatelse til å få tilgang til annonsedataene dine via Google Ads API.
Vi bruker disse dataene utelukkende til å levere tjenesten (rapporter, innsikter, anbefalinger).
Du kan koble fra Google Ads-kontoen din når som helst.
Vi overholder Google API Services User Data Policy, inkludert kravene om begrenset bruk.

6. AI-generert innhold

Rapporter og innsikter genereres ved hjelp av AI (Anthropic Claude) basert på kampanjedataene dine.
AI-genererte anbefalinger er kun rådgivende. Du er ansvarlig for handlinger du gjør basert på disse innsiktene.
Vi garanterer ikke spesifikke annonseringsresultater eller ytelsesforbedringer.

7. Akseptabel bruk

Du samtykker i å ikke:

Bruke tjenesten til ulovlige formål
Forsøke å få uautorisert tilgang til systemene våre
Videreselge, redistribuere eller viderelisensiere tjenesten uten tillatelse
Reversere eller skrape tjenesten
Forstyrre eller avbryte driften av tjenesten

8. Immaterielle rettigheter

Tjenesten, inkludert design, kode, logoer og innhold (unntatt dine data), eies av Gavio. Du beholder eierskapet til dine data. Ved å bruke tjenesten gir du oss en begrenset lisens til å behandle dataene dine etter behov for å levere tjenesten.

9. Ansvarsbegrensning

Tjenesten leveres «som den er» uten garantier av noe slag. I den grad loven tillater, skal Gavio ikke være ansvarlig for indirekte, tilfeldige, spesielle eller følgeskader som oppstår fra din bruk av tjenesten, inkludert men ikke begrenset til tap av fortjeneste eller annonseutgifter.

10. Oppsigelse

Vi kan suspendere eller avslutte tilgangen din til tjenesten når som helst hvis du bryter disse vilkårene. Ved oppsigelse opphører din rett til å bruke tjenesten umiddelbart. Du kan slette kontoen din når som helst.

11. Endringer i vilkårene

Vi kan endre disse vilkårene når som helst. Vi vil varsle deg om vesentlige endringer via e-post eller en melding på nettstedet. Fortsatt bruk etter endringer utgjør aksept av de oppdaterte vilkårene.

12. Gjeldende lov

Disse vilkårene er underlagt norsk lov. Eventuelle tvister skal løses i Oslo tingrett, Norge.
